I love old relics like this one, so thanks to Rachel Deakin for sending it over.
Hidden in the bushes of a car park on Oak Street in Middlesbrough (behind the Purple Onion) is a logo that’s about as 90s as Pat Sharp’s Fun House.
It belongs to the Cleveland Business Centre (who’ve since rebranded to a much more tasteful and prosaic design), and has presumably hung on this gate since it opened circa 1990. If you look closely you can see the elements for the logo in the second picture (an advert from the Gazette in 1990).

The building was designed by the fabulously-named architect firm of Rock Townsend, but I’m not sure who designed the logo. Anyone out there know or have a photo of it?
